Why: Mark has groomed an outdoor grass field on the corner of the property to host some of his favorite bands: Greg Loiacono and his band (of the Mother Hips), Little Wings, Two Boys Alright, Darren Rademaker, Zeb Zaitz, Skip Heller and the Dylan Johnson Jazz trio.
